Suitable for use by people of all ages, simply heat our wheat bags in a microwave oven for between 0.75 and 2.5 minutes depending on the size of microwave for immediate use on joints, back pain, bruising etc. Alternatively, cool in the refrigerator or freezer in a plastic bag and use as a cold compress to get relief for sports injuries, bumps, swellings, insect bites, bruises, headaches, migraines, etc. Use anywhere on the body, hot or cold, to give " drug free" pain relief.
It will also ease the pain associated with Arthritis Rheumatism or just offer comforting warmth.
